We have been in business for over 30 years so understand the need for contractors to have a clean and comfortable flat/apartment with no minimum rental period (apart from our stipulated weekly) We understand that jobs can start and finish suddenly at times, and we are flexible in our agreement with you.

As well as all apartments being fully equipped with everything you need – plus free Wifi – our apartments are serviced and cleaned weekly and all linen and towels supplied.

All of our contractor accommodation is centrally located within easy reach of Grangemouth’s industry (such as Ineos, Grangemouth Dry Dock, Grangemouth Ship Repairs, Air Products, Doosan Babcock Ltd, Biomar and Suez Industrial) as well as being near hand shops and restaurants, we are ideal for contractors working away from home and aim to make your stay with us enjoyable and stress free.

Grangemouth Property Lets services apartments weekly and linen and towels are changed.

WHAT LENGTH OF STAY CAN I BOOK AN APARTMENT?

Our minimum let is one week. As we understand the needs of contractors working in the area, we do not tie you down to a definite leaving date – which can vary from when the original booking was made to us.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE LET?

We have our onsite office at 36 Grangelea Court, FK3 9DG which is open Monday – Thursday where we can take either card or cash payments.

You can also either phone us in with your card details, or pay directly into our bank account.

Lets are payable WEEKLY each Monday in advance – no refunds are given for unused part of any one week should you leave early.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ALL INCLUSIVE WEEKLY RENT?

The apartment is serviced weekly and linen and towels changed.

Free Wifi.

All amenities and services offered are included.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

No deposit is required.

HOW DO I FIND AND OBTAIN KEYS FOR THE APARTMENT?

You will be contacted prior to your arrival with details to either pick up at our onsite office or, if arrival is out of hours, then details of a keysafe will be provided.

WHO DO I CONTACT IN THE EVENT OF A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM?

Contact our office on 01324 489696 – if out of hours, an emergency number will be advised.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTIES?

No, all our properties and common areas are non-smoking.

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTIES?

No.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

On-site parking is available at Grangelea Court and on-street parking is available on Paris Street.
